I have loved video games since I was a toddler.

Interactivity, challenge, engagement, player expression - qualities that enthrall me as I explore creative avenues that can only be fulfilled in the medium that is video games.

I also have a strong interest in Japanese culture. Many of my formative gaming experiences arose from playing Japanese video games and reading manga. As I studied Japanese, I developed an abiding interest in video game localization. I spent a year on the JET Programme as an Assistant Language Teacher to further develop my language skills from August 2023 to August 2024. In December 2024, I attained N3 Certification on the Japanese Language Proficiency Test.
